Here you’ll find a few of the projects and organizations around town that we take part in and want to share with you!

We just wrapped up the Safety Fair and it was a hit!  Can’t wait for next year!  With the Boys and Girls Club, D.A.R.E., District 6 (teaching bus safety), my Internet Safety Info, Union Colony Fire Dept., State Farm (GREAT 911 simulator), and so much more!  The fair atmosphere made learning more about safety fun!

Catrina (my wife) volunteers in many capacities with the Greeley Mothers’ Center.  One thing she does each week is e-mail the membership (and those interested in membership) an update an announcements newsletter.  I get to help with the occasional technical difficulty and keep us up and running for her.

Her latest undertaking is a teen moms support group.  If anyone knows a teen mom who can use some support and a chance to talk regularly (twice a month) with other moms, contact her at info@greeleymotherscenter.org .

Let her know of any other interest in this awesome organization as well! 

Wow.  How I strive to have more time to dedicate to these WONDERFUL people.  The Frontier House gives adults with developmental disabilities job training and opportunity and a chance to enjoy  social events and activities. 

One role I play is to locate employers willing to hire some of these fine people to work for their company (large or small).

PLEASE call me if you know of or have an opportunity to employ someone with developmental disabilities.  The Frontier House trains its members in a wide variety of industries.
